Abstract

This study examines the 2025–2029 strategic framework for PT Tunas
Baru Lampung Tbk’s Palm Oil Mill (PKS), focusing on operational
efficiency, ISPO-based sustainability, and digital transformation
through ERP, MES, and predictive maintenance. Driven by CPO price
volatility, environmental pressures, and rising transparency
demands, the research applies a mixed-method approach combining
SWOT, BSC, and AHP. SWOT highlights strong vertical integration
but identifies inefficiencies such as high downtime and energy use,
while external opportunities include biodiesel policies, POME biogas
potential, and ESG trends. BSC translates strategic goals into
performance measures, and AHP (CR = 0.015) prioritizes initiatives
objectively. Overall, the findings emphasize the need for an
integrated, technology-driven strategy to strengthen competitiveness
and long-term sustainability.
